Razia John was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and has dedicated much of her life to education, Christian ministry, and serving women and families. She holds a B.A. from the University of Karachi, a C.T. Certificate of Teaching from the Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, and has completed professional development training through the Karachi In-Service Programme. She has also earned a Diploma and Licentiate in Theology, strengthening her foundation in Christian faith and ministry.

In 2012, Razia came to Italy with her son, Sharoon John, to join her husband, Pastor Latif Jacob, in serving the Pakistani Christian community living in Italy after relocating from Pakistan. Since then, she has been actively involved in church and community ministry, with a particular passion for encouraging, strengthening, and empowering women in their Christian faith and daily lives.

Razia seeks to walk alongside families as they face the challenges of adapting to a new country. She listens to their personal and family concerns, offers encouragement during difficult times, and helps them find practical and positive ways to address family challenges. She also supports women in understanding the new cultural and social environment in Italy, while encouraging them to preserve their faith and values and, at the same time, integrate positively into Italian society and culture.

A central part of her ministry is providing emotional and spiritual support to those who may feel isolated, discouraged, or overwhelmed by the challenges of migration. Through personal conversations, prayer, fellowship, and practical guidance, she encourages individuals and families to remain connected to the church and to grow stronger in their relationship with God.

Razia’s ministry is rooted in faith, compassion, listening, and service. Her desire is to see women and families become stronger spiritually, emotionally, and socially, and to help build a caring Christian community where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged.
